Agri-Trade began in 1984 and is considered one of the premier agricultural trade shows for business in North America. This is one of the exhibitions in Canada that is supported by major equipment retailers.

The Agri-Trade Equipment Expo attracts more than 28,000 qualified agricultural product buyers each year, and in 2017, 475 agricultural product manufacturers come to Red Deer for what is considered the best agricultural equipment buy in Canada, bringing in approximately 150,000 annually $000.00 for equipment sales and tourism expenses.

Due to its unique timing, Agri-Trade is the first show after harvest, as well as the first show to kick off a new planning season for growers. This is the secret of the exhibition’s success.

Agri-Trade takes place over three days each November and hosts 470 exhibitors presenting the very best in agricultural equipment, technology, services and products.
