FoodTech is a food technology event that takes place every two years at the MCH Messecenter Herning.

FoodTech was first completed in 1997 and has brought together the entire food industry over the past 24 years and formed the basis for inspiration, knowledge and new networks

FoodTech is Northern Europe’s leading trade fair and the most important meeting place for the food industry and its suppliers of process technology, packaging solutions, traceability and analysis equipment, as well as ingredients and biotechnology. Key topics in FoodTech will be: ‘More with less’, food safety and the interface between trade and research. Events and activities at the fair will be: Fully operational processing line, the world’s largest dairy exhibition on behalf of the Danish International Food Competition, conferences, seminars, product presentations, science street, networking, excursions, training day and work exchange.
