About Exhibition Center Paris Nord Villepinte
Paris Nord Villepinte is an exhibition center in Paris that is considered the sixth largest exhibition center in Europe and the second largest in France. It is managed by Viparis.
The exhibition center was built under the direction of the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the management of real estate projects of the Palais des congrès company. The project was designed in 1980 by the architect François-Regis Pelletre with his architectural office CAR, which designed and built 240,000 m2 of buildings between 1980 and 1992, including a large glass reception gallery. 300 meters long, giving access to three convention centers and exhibition halls 1-6.
The Exhibition Center was inaugurated in December 1982. It is a complex of buildings designed to house exhibitions and is located mainly in the city of Villepinte, opposite the Paris-Nord 2 business district. It covers a total area of 135 hectares.
