Stadthalle Bielefeld GREAT HALL

The central heart of the Event Steamer in Bielefeld is the Great Hall. The Great Hall can be optimally configured for any event thanks to its discreet appearance. Up to 2,200 people can be seated comfortably in rows, and banquets for up to 820 people can be organized. The Great Hall and Small Hall are located on the first floor and have separate galleries with additional space. Glazed walkways connect the rooms, which can also be combined. One thousand five hundred square meters for 2,200 people.

SMALL HALL

Celebrations and shows with a limited number of guests, lectures, or annual meetings are just a few facets of the Small Hall. The Great Hall and Small Hall are located on the first floor and have separate galleries with additional space. Glazed walkways create a spatial connection; the halls can also be combined. Five hundred fifty square meters for 767 persons.

CONFERENCE ROOM 3

Conference Room 3 is designed for medium-sized presentations but is also ideal as the largest conference room in addition to the event rooms. The conference wing with meeting rooms 3 to 8 is on the second floor, accessible by a separate entrance and elevator. All rooms have daylight. Two hundred square meters for 200 people.

CONFERENCE ROOM 4

Conference Room 4, located adjacent to Conference Room 3, is often used as a VIP area, conference service, or internal meeting space. The conference wing with meeting rooms 3 through 8 is on the second floor, accessible by a separate entrance and elevator. All rooms have daylight. 80 square meters for 60 people. Nine additional conference rooms.

ENTRANCE FOYER

During concerts and performances, the foyer provides space for pre-event meetings, guest check-in, and catering. Registration for congresses, presentations, or after-show parties is just as convenient here as a temporary “time travel” through the company’s history for a company anniversary or a trade exhibition. There are three entrances to the circular lobby on the first floor. The size is 1,250 square meters.

EXHIBITION HALL

This space can be used in any way, giving it a unique look for any event. The Exhibition Hall of Stadthalle Bielefeld can be used with the City Hall for a congress or exhibition or separately. The size is 3000 sqm.

SEIDENSTICKER HALL

Since 1993, the Seidensticker Halle has established itself as a lively venue in the city center for significant events in Bielefeld. The multifunctional sports hall is Bielefeld’s flagship of school and club sports. With a floor space of 3,700 square meters, it can be used for almost any event or concert – even for concerts without seats for up to 5,000 people. International stars and artists regularly come to the Seidensticker Hall as part of their touring schedule, and show events are also part of the event program. As part of the Bielefeld Oktoberfest, the Seidensticker Halle traditionally hosts the largest event of its kind in the East Westphalia-Lippe region. The hall can accommodate up to 3,000 people for celebrations and corporate events. Additional event technology can be implemented at any time upon request. Three thousand seven hundred square meters for 5,000 people.
