About event

DLG-Waldtage is a professional forestry exhibition held every three years in Germany. The next event will be held September 12-14, 2025 in the community of Lichtenau, known as the Energy City for its use of renewable energy sources. The exhibition will feature live demonstrations of innovative technologies and modern methods for the efficient management of private and communal forests as well as for self-sufficiency in firewood. More than 200 exhibitors from various forestry sectors will showcase their products and services at the show. Exhibitors include manufacturers of forestry machinery and equipment, seed and plant suppliers, forest management and consulting service providers, associations and organizations, and media partners. In addition, the fair offers information on topics such as forest management in the face of climate change, soil protection, private forest development, and construction and heating with wood. The fair attracts visitors from all over Germany and neighboring countries who are interested in practical solutions and professional exchange. In 2019, about 13,000 visitors will attend the fair. The fair has a compact layout for easy access to the exhibition areas and parking. To become an exhibitor at the fair, you must register online at the official DLG Forest Days website and follow the instructions provided there. The registration deadline for the next fair is June 30, 2025.
