SICAM in 2024 in Pordenone, Italy

SICAM, the International Exhibition of Components, Accessories and Semi-finished Products for the Furniture Industry, ended today, significantly strengthening its performance and value. The industry’s most qualified professionals from around the world have been here in Pordenone for the past four days. Once again for this edition, over 8,000 businesses attended the exhibition to generate business for over 600 companies showcasing their technology and design products at the highest global level across all ten halls with 16,500 square meters of booths.

The international level of the event was extremely high once again. 27% of the companies represented at the exhibition came from 32 foreign countries, while 69% of visitors were Italian and 31% came from abroad from 109 countries. Germany and China were best represented among visitors, two markets that are in different ways world leaders in furniture production for different market brackets. There was also a large influx from Central and Eastern European countries, primarily Russia and Ukraine. There was also strong growth in visitors from North Africa and the Middle and Far East, especially Iran.
