Lwóweckie Lato Agatowe 2024 in Lwówek Śląski, Poland

Lwóweckie Lato Agatowe (Earth Treasure Hunters' Festival) is an international outdoor mineral and jewelery exhibition and fair, featuring over 200 stalls, 80 of which exclusively display minerals and fossils, several of which demonstrate cutting and grinding techniques semi-precious stones, one stand offering free valuations of ground-based gemstones - all run by members of the Supreme Diamond Council in Antwerp; and a Geoland area with an agate excavation site for children and a nature area with native flora and fauna.

An important aspect of the LLA is the annual, spectacular exhibition of collectors' specimens and jewelry, which fill the interior of the Renaissance Town Hall in Lwówek Śląski with sparkling light.

An additional element of LLA is the family fun festival offering a variety of live musical entertainment, 2 parades (treasure hunters and classic motorcycles) and a colorful fair with 200 stalls displaying a varied selection of local, artistic and handcrafted goods.

Every year Lwówek Agate Summer is visited by 50,000 people from Poland and other countries.

In 2004, the Polish tourism organization Lwówek Agate Summer received the POT certificate as one of the best tourism events in Poland.

In 2006, LLA was awarded the highest regional award "Key of Lower Silesia" in the category "Best Cultural Initiative". In 2007, LLA received a certificate from the Tourist Organization of Lower Silesia as the most interesting regional tourist attraction in the category "Urban or cultural tourism product".

In 2015, US-based XPO Press voted LLA the best mineral festival in Europe.
