Exhibition center Ptak Warsaw Expo

Ptak Warsaw Expo is the largest centre in the suburbs of Warsaw in Central Europe. It was created to organise and hold: fairs, exhibitions, conferences, international congresses, performances, symposiums, press conferences, fashion shows, film productions, trainings. Currently, the Expocenter offers its guests more than 143,000 square metres of exhibition space.

Ptak Warsaw Expo is located at the junction of the S8, S7 and A2 expressways. Its proximity to the airport makes it easy to reach us by plane from all over Poland and Europe. This makes the EC an ideal place for organising and holding international events.

• Hall B – 20,535 sqm divided into 3 zones with two soundproof walls – which can host 3 independent events at the same time; terracotta tiled floor; daylight; roof structure can be used for decoration, lighting or advertising.
• Hall C – 20,588 sqm divided into 3 zones with 2 soundproof walls – which can host 3 independent events at the same time; terracotta tiled floor; glazed conference and meeting rooms; daylight but can also be dimmed; roof structure can be used for decoration, lighting or advertising.
• Hall D – 20,288 m² divided into 3 zones with 2 soundproof walls – can host 3 independent events at the same time; terracotta tiled floor; glazed conference and meeting rooms; daylight but can be dimmed; roof structure can be used for decoration, lighting or advertising.
• Hall E – 17,210 sqm divided into 3 zones with 2 soundproof walls – can host 3 independent events at the same time; terracotta tiled floor; glass meeting areas at the edge of the zone; connected to the covered passage to Hall F; daylight but also dimmable; 7 meeting rooms from 125 to 600 sqm; the roof structure can be used to hang decorations, lighting or advertising elements.
• Hall F – 21,139 sqm divided into 3 zones with 2 soundproof walls – which can host 3 independent events simultaneously; terracotta tiled floor; glass meeting rooms at the edge of the zone; connected to the covered passage to Hall E; daylight but can also be dimmed; the first zone of Hall F has a media duct system (electrical, plumbing and compressed air installations).
