We invite you to join us for our annual Garlic & Harvest festival. It will take place at the Bethlehem Fairgrounds. Attend our garlic cooking demonstrations, stay for a live band, and learn how to grow garlic in our informative lectures. Many garlic sauces, spreads, cheeses and oils will be available for purchase from our variety of specialty garlic food suppliers – most offer FREE samples to try before you buy! Stop by our stand for fresh garlic products and many other fall produce. When you’re hungry, head to our food court. Homemade fried garlic sausage with peppers and onions, wood-fired garlic pizza, garlic fried pork sandwiches, deep-fried garlic and garlic ice cream are just some of the items you’ll find in our food court! Bring the kids for some fun with our rides and games! We hope you will join us.
