In 2007, the event celebrated its 100th anniversary, solidifying its position as the oldest livestock show and rodeo in the Pacific Northwest. In 2023, the event was awarded the “Oregon Heritage Tradition” status by the Oregon Heritage Commission, becoming the 27th event in the state to receive this honor.
