The International Mohawk Valley Garlic & Herb Festival is a non-profit agricultural festival. The climate and soils of the Iroquois Valley are ideal for growing garlic and herbs, which is why we have so many local growers. We strive to provide information to potential farmers and gardeners regarding the benefits of growing these crops. *We also support the local arts community by featuring musicians and local artisans in our festival, as well as donating a portion of proceeds to our outstanding Canal Place neighbor and local non-profit Mohawk Valley Arts Center.
