About event

IBS 2026 is the world’s largest annual light construction trade show, hosted by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). It will be held February 17-19, 2026 at the Orlando Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) in Orlando, Florida, USA. The show will feature more than 1,500 leading manufacturers and suppliers from around the world showcasing the latest and most in-demand products and services for the building industry. In addition, the show will feature more than 100 educational sessions led by renowned experts on topics ranging from sales and marketing to construction and codes. IBS 2026 is expected to attract tens of thousands of attendees, including builders, remodelers, architects, designers, dealers, distributors and media professionals.

Exhibition Center

The OCCC is one of the largest convention centers in the country, totaling more than seven million square feet. It has two main buildings: the West Building and the North/South Building. IBS 2026 will take place in both buildings, with exhibits, educational sessions and other events spread throughout the two venues. The OCCC offers visitors ample parking, with more than 6,000 spaces on site and additional spaces in nearby neighborhoods. In addition, the OCCC is conveniently located near major Orlando attractions, hotels, restaurants and transportation.
