Exhibition center UBI Conference Hall

The first conference hall – “BUSINESS” – was opened in December 2012. This venue is designed for large business events. The conference hall occupies an area of more than 1000 square meters and has its own guarded parking lot for 40 cars. In addition to the conference hall (capacity of 200 people), there is a welcome zone, coffee zone, gallery-exhibition zone, mini-conference hall, and lounge zone. The conference Hall “BUSINESS”  has high-quality multimedia equipment, video conferencing facilities, high-speed Internet, and Wi-Fi.

STUDY Conference Hall

In September 2013, the second conference hall “STUDY,” was opened. This complex is designed for comfortable holding of training events, mini-seminars, and trainings. It includes a conference hall, two classrooms, a coffee zone, a gallery-exhibition zone, a lounge and reception zone, as well as a parking lot for 17 cars. The total area of the complex is more than 500 square meters.

SHOW Conference Hall

October 2014 was marked for the company by the opening of the third conference hall “SHOW.” It is a modern location with a new format focused on fashion, shows, lifestyle, and art events. This location is on the top floor of an everyday shopping and event center. Like all the previous venues, the location has all the autonomous communications for a comfortable event in its structure. It has a club area, a tent, and an open terrace. There is also a technical area that can be used as a backstage. The conference hall “SHOW” total area is more than 700 square meters.

CO-WORKING Conference Hall

The fourth conference hall “CO-WORKING” was opened in January 2016. It is a dynamic VIP room for business people. Mobile partitions allow you to organize a comfortable workplace, a temporary office for a meeting with business partners, an off-site meeting, and meeting rooms for videoconferences and teleconferences. If necessary, the “CO-WORKING” space can be transformed into a conference hall with a maximum capacity of up to 80 people. In addition to the working areas, the conference hall traditionally includes a coffee zone, lounge, and welcome zones. The total space of the “CO-WORKING” conference room is more than 125 square meters.

SPACE Conference Hall

In April 2017, the company received a new venue – “SPACE”. The venue is designed in LOFT style and is intended for extensive lifestyle and business events. Depending on the event’s format, this venue can accommodate up to 500 people. The conference hall “SPACE” is more than 900 square meters of open space, which can be zoned if necessary with the help of textiles. There is also a coffee zone for the event participants and a technical zone for the organizers.

FUSION Conference Hall

The sixth FUSION Conference Hall was opened in February 2018. The creative space can be used for an exhibition, a fair, or as a gallery hall. The area of the hall is more than 650 square meters. The design is in modern, strict colors: black walls, black ceilings with rectangular lights, mirrored columns, and special lighting that allows you to create different light installations and focus on other objects. The hall includes an exhibition area and a reception area for guest registration.

NATURE Conference Hall

In May 2018, the company opened a new venue – NATURE. This is a unique location in the Beremitskoe Nature Park. The platform is created for holding the most diverse formats of events: eco-conferences, team building, corporate events, master classes in nature, and much more. The area of the conference hall is 118 square meters, and the amphitheater seating can accommodate up to 100 people.
