The Exhibition Complex of the Odessa Sea Port (KVZ “Sea Terminal”)is one of the largest exhibition venues in the southern part of Ukraine.
In During the comprehensive reconstruction of the Odessa seaport by the Italian construction company Tegola, in 1996 an exhibition complex was put into operation on its territory. Not only the main exhibition area, but also the adjacent balconies are used to accommodate exhibitions. In 1998, the premises of the yacht club and the Marine Gallery were put into operation.
The complex has large capacity, comfortable and elegant rooms, modern design and technical equipment. Due to the possibility of multidisciplinary use, not only prestigious international exhibitions are held on the territory of the KVZ, but also concerts and other high-level events.
The operator of the KVZ is the Odessa House Exhibition Centercreated in 1998.
The exhibition complex is located in the central, cultural and historical part of Odessa, with well-developed and convenient transport communications. Due to its convenient location, the exhibitions are visited by specialists from Eastern Europe, the Black Sea states and the CIS.
Main characteristics of KVZ:
- Exhibition area on 3 levels;
- Total exhibition area of 7,500 sq. m;
- Open area 20,000 sq. m;
- 4 – 12 m height of halls;
- Conference rooms for 180, 150, 100 seats;
- 7 meeting rooms;
- 5 bars and restaurants on the territory of the complex;
- Secured parking for cars and trucks;
- Air conditioning and heating systems, power supply, telephony and Internet.
Exhibitions on architecture and construction, energy saving, real estate, the beauty industry, design and furniture are held on the territory of the Kazan Helicopters Exhibition Hall. These are major Ukrainian international exhibitions: Style & Beauty, Furniture and Interior, Odessa House, Vira Ukraine, Stone Expo Ukraine, BuildTech, BuildEnergy.
