Of England Show is an organization of educational events, grants, awards, scholarships and bursaries for people interested in farming, agriculture and other land related industries. All of the Society’s activities are aimed at celebrating, raising awareness and developing understanding of products that come from land-based and related industries, and the use and support of local suppliers.

The three-day spectacular event South Of England Show will showcase the best of British farming, horticulture, livestock and equestrian sports, with numerous shows and competitions throughout the programme. However, this year’s event – more than ever – will be centered around the pure “everyday” yet undiscovered pleasures of village lifestyle, foods and activities.

Children can unleash their imaginations and enjoy the joys of fresh country air where they can –

• Watch the Shetland ponies go head to head in the mini Grand National,
• Watch the little piggies prove their agility in the piggy obstacle course.
• In the Heritage Zone they will be able to experience the life of a Saxon or Norman and watch exciting battles.
• At the Discover the Countryside area, you’ll be able to take a dip in the pond, admire birds of prey, and this year you’ll even be able to spot a water buffalo and more.
• The youngest family members can see one of their favorite picture book characters come to life as Gruffalo makes personal appearances to meet fans and pose for photos.
