The annual ICEF Southeast Asia takes place in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and provides international educators and service providers with the opportunity to meet high-quality student recruiters from Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, Singapore and South China
