ICEF Japan Korea Agent Roadshow 2025 in Seoul, South Korea

The ICEF Japan Korea Agent Roadshow gives international educators and service providers the opportunity to meet quality, active student recruitment agents from Japan and Korea. As this event sells out every year, interested parties are encouraged to book early to avoid missing out on this exceptional opportunity to establish and expand strong connections in these two important markets.

The event is split between Tokyo and Seoul and offers participants a one-day event in each location where they can meet selected ICEF agencies who are joining the roadshow from across the country. In addition, just under half of Tokyo-based agencies and 20% of those based in Seoul have branches in other cities throughout Japan and Korea, respectively, providing nationwide coverage in both cases.

All agents present are carefully selected and must undergo the strict vetting process of ICEF. Agents must provide numerous references from current teaching partners abroad, as well as evidence of ethical business practices and successful experience placing students at international institutions.

Personal contact is an important cultural aspect of business in Asia, especially in Japan and Korea. This roadshow provides an excellent opportunity for educators and service providers to pre-schedule one-on-one meetings with agents to consolidate existing partnerships and establish new connections.

In addition, informal networking opportunities during lunches, coffee breaks and evening events allow participants to develop their business networks.
