IDEX in 2025 in Abu Dhabi, UAE

IDEX, the International Defense Exhibition and Conference, is the largest public security and weapons exhibition in the Middle East and is held every two years in Abu Dhabi.

International companies presenting the latest products and innovations in the security and defense industry.

1,100 local and international defense manufacturers and contractors will occupy more than 35,000 sq.m. exhibition spaces spanning 12 exhibition halls, a hall and an atrium.

IDEX continues to offer participating companies the opportunity to showcase equipment and crafts. Daily choreographic demonstrations will take place on the water and on a specially built demonstration track. In addition, participating companies are invited to host private demonstrations of their vehicles and crafts.

The exhibition features a Naval Defense And Maritime Security Exibition (NAVDEX) area, featuring local and international exhibitors specializing in maritime technology, maritime and coastal security, equipment and crafts. Located on the dock, NAVDEX also includes on-water exhibits, daily demonstrations, and visits to naval vessels.

IDEX 2021 launches another key component – the 1st edition of the Unmanned Systems Exhibition (UMEX).

IDEX is held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE and Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and organized by IDEX LLC in cooperation and with the full support of the UAE Armed Forces.
