The Sharjah International Book Fair (SIBF) will be the largest literary event in the region. Exhibitors will offer a wide range of books to suit the most discerning tastes: fiction by contemporary authors, classics, children’s books, textbooks and manuals for secondary and higher educational institutions, collector’s editions at a variety of prices. The purpose of the event is to cultivate a love of literature. The exhibition will include award ceremonies for authors, business meetings for publishers to exchange ideas, and a large sector of children’s literature. Visitors include cultural organizations, public libraries, research centers, educational institutions, university libraries, media, etc.
