About event
The Wenatchee River Salmon Festival 2024 is held on the beautiful grounds of the Leavenworth National Fish Hatchery, located in the heart of the rugged North Cascade Mountains of Washington State. The river and mountains provide a scenic backdrop for salmon returning home to spawn in the Wenatchee River. Nearby is the colorful Bavarian-themed village of Leavenworth. Located just 120 miles east of Puget Sound on US Highway 2, Leavenworth welcomes visitors from all over the world.
The Wenatchee Salmon Festival will once again celebrate the return of salmon at the Leavenworth National Fish Center, including 2 days of school activities on Thursday and Friday and a free day of fun on Saturday.
