Welcome to A Place at Sun Live, Channel 4’s official series showcase and Europe’s largest overseas property show – the perfect place to help you through the buying process and find your ideal overseas property.

A Place in the Sun Live takes place in three locations in the UK – Manchester, London and Birmingham. Each show features between 100 and 130 exhibitors from around the world, ready to showcase their collection of beautiful overseas homes for sale and explain the buying process in these different countries.

London hosted its first ever exhibition, A Place in the Sun Live, in 2005 and we haven’t looked back since. Over 250,000 visitors were exposed to the world of overseas property and opportunities at our London event, with thousands of exhibitors traveling to the UK to showcase property portfolios from around the world.

Some of our London visitors are at the beginning of their buying journey, others know what they are looking for and come to the show ready to meet agents who can arrange for them to visit a range of properties. In addition to hundreds of overseas real estate agents and private sellers, our event features many service companies providing legal, financial, foreign exchange, tax and relocation advice.
