Housing, the Chartered Institute of Housing’s annual event and Europe’s largest housing festival, takes place in Manchester every June. With 400 speakers, 400 key participants, 10 streams of innovative content and more than 12,000 decision-makers over three days, it is the largest meeting place for the entire housing sector. Housing, a global leader in delegate experience, has been operating in the UK for 70 years and provides a platform for key stakeholders to come together to debate, discuss, partner, learn and improve people’s lives.

In 2020, along with our ministerial address, keynote lectures and workshops, we will be focusing on hot topics such as accessibility, business transformation, leadership, technology, off-site construction, on-site accommodation, fire safety, finance, policy and of course same, housing management, welfare reform. and homelessness. We also kick off the week with the prestigious Housing Heroes awards and host over 60 social events.
