SIHRE is a place for annual meetings of Bulgarian and foreign guests – owners and managers of hotel chains, catering establishments, restaurants, pizzerias, cafes and clubs, directors of department stores and hypermarkets with a section of hot delicacies, architects, designers, investors whose interests are focused on tourism, public food and services. High-quality products, participants from all over the world, hundreds of stands, competitions and business contacts.

SIHRE is held in parallel with the international specialized exhibitions INTERFOOD and DRINK, MEATMANIA, WORLD MILK, BULPEK and SALON DE VIN.
