Sachsenback Dresden is the most important trade fair for the bakery and confectionery trade in East Germany – a strong fair for a strong region. Around 7,500 bakery visitors meet with more than 200 exhibitors over three days to discuss new products and exchange views on industry developments. The exhibition focuses on operating technology, raw materials, commercial products, business furniture and equipment, sales promotion and baking-related services. The back forum complements the exhibition. The focus is on topics such as the preparation of sweet fruits, canapés, cakes and Co., as well as the production of display cases.
