Chocolate aficionados, fanatics, lovers and addicts can sample and taste the best in artisan, gourmet and premium chocolate in one of the world’s largest culinary metropolises. Participants include a selection of the best and award-winning chocolatiers, pastry chefs and other culinary professionals. The salon focuses on chocolate tastings, demonstrations, conversations with chefs and authors, and regular interviews as part of the TasteTV television program.
