IBA 2025 is the world’s leading event for the baking, confectionery, and snack industries. Held every three years, this exhibition gathers professionals from across the globe at Messe Düsseldorf, where the latest trends are born, international contracts are signed, and industry innovations are showcased.
IBA 2025 marks a historic milestone, as for the first time in 75 years, the exhibition has moved from Munich to Düsseldorf, opening a new chapter in its evolution!
History of IBA
The international IBA exhibition was founded in 1949 and has since become a global benchmark for baking and confectionery technologies. Organized under the auspices of the German Bakers’ Confederation, it sets the industry standard with each edition.
In 2023, IBA took place in Düsseldorf for the first time, blending decades of tradition with the technological future of the industry.
