Salon De Gourmets is an international trade fair for food and drink quality, a leader in high-end products and one of the most prestigious of its kind in the world. With 33 consecutive editions, a growing number and a purely commercial spirit, this professional exhibition is aimed at national and international visitors; for the hotel business, catering, agri-food distribution, catering, specialized trade, etc.

After 32 editions, Salón Gourmets, the international and exclusively professional exhibition dedicated to quality food and drink, has become the most important gastronomic commercial event in Europe.

Salon De Gourmets, in collaboration with ICEX, offers exhibitors an exclusive space where they have the opportunity to conduct business meetings with foreign buyers of the best international companies. The goal is for exhibitors to be able to offer their products in new markets and expand their companies.
