The International Broadcast Conference (IBC) is Europe’s largest annual broadcasting forum, bringing together world experts in the industry. Its history dates back to 1967.

49 years have passed since the first opening of the IBC exhibition. At the first IBC exhibition, only 32 exhibitors presented their developments, and the conference consisted of 500 delegates. Today, IBC is a leading event on the global stage, attracting everyone involved in the creation, management and delivery of content.

IBC 2013 attracted 52,974 visitors (in 2012 there were 49,433 visitors). In total, more than 1,400 exhibitors from 130 countries presented their products at the exhibition, including leading market companies such as Cisco Systems, Motorola Mobility, Microsoft, Sony, Panasonic, etc.

The number of visitors to IBC 2016 reached 55,796 from 160 countries. The exhibition was attended by 1,800 exhibitors, including 249 newcomers. The IBC Leaders’ Summit was attended by 150 senior professionals and featured 435 speakers across 100 conference sessions.

The IBC exhibition is divided into 3 zones: creation of audio-video content; management and administration of audio-video content; delivery of audio-video content.

The IBC exhibition sections contain 13 thematic sections: audio and video technologies, video equipment, computer equipment, computer networks, network technologies, computer technologies, music electronics, multimedia, equipment for testing equipment, software, broadcasting technologies, television technologies, telecommunications, information technologies , satellite technologies.
